Does this engine have carbs? Holley carbs are notorious for dumping gas past the needle & seats when there is the slightest bit of debris in the valve or when the fuel pressure is too high. Does this system have a fuel regulator between the pump and carbs? It had to be running wicked rich to dilute the oil with gas.
